What we check on every listing
A listing cannot be published on this marketplace until it passes an automated catalog check. These are the checks — not a certification, and not a guarantee about the equipment itself:
- A real manufacturer and, where the equipment type calls for one, a model or part number — never “Unknown”.
- At least one photograph of the equipment on file.
- A graded condition, against a fixed six-point scale.
- A stated fulfillment method and, for pickup or freight, a recorded location.
- Enough stock on hand to meet the listing’s own minimum order.
Individual listings also show what we hold on that specific item — photographs, graded condition, a manufacturer datasheet, and whether the quantity is synced from our warehouse system.
Getting it to you
How fulfillment works
Every listing states one fulfillment method, and it is the same on the card, on the listing page and in your cart.
Parcel
Smaller items ship USPS or UPS. Live rates are calculated from your address during checkout, so you see the shipping cost before you pay.
Freight
Pallets and larger lots move by LTL freight. Some are rated live at checkout; others are quoted case by case on pallet count, weight, distance and whether a liftgate is needed. Either way you see the freight cost before payment.
Local pickup
Some equipment is collected or moved on your own carrier. No shipping is charged at checkout and our team coordinates the handover — including an inspection before you commit, if you want one.

Commercial quantities
Single units through full pallets and project lots. Every listing states what one purchase is — a unit, a lot, a pallet or a spool — and how many are available.
Freight coordination
Parcel rates are calculated at checkout; LTL and freight shipments are quoted and coordinated directly.
Buy online or request a quote
Fixed-price listings check out immediately. On a larger commercial lot you can request a formal quote and reserve it while you review.
Secure Stripe checkout
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
